CALLING ALL WOMEN! We deserve EQUAL pay for EQUAL work! There is still an imbalance of women at the top but as millennials are taking over the helm, we are taking control of the power elite of the past.
Any new small business should take heed of what is coming! Judgement and prejudice against whether you are single, married, planning a family, have the mental and emotional fortitude, and or physical stamina, will NOT be a determining factor for your salary or position.
